Linus is a queer, HIV-positive Armenian-American filmmaker. In 2017, Linus became an EmergeNYC fellow, and in 2023, he became a Royal Society of the Arts fellow. He's also a member of Filmshop and Armenian Creatives.
Linus' work has played Newfest, 30Under30 in collaboration with the UN, and New Voices New Filmmakers at the Alamo Drafthouse. Linus' short film MASS is streaming on Amazon Prime.
Linus created and directed the comedy microseries Marque and Hector, available on AppleTV+ and Amazon Prime.
In 2023, IAPAC commissioned Linus to direct Human First, a half-hour documentary dedicated to fighting HIV stigma. His short, The Girl Without a Face, received a NYSCA 2024 film grant. The feature film adaptation was a finalist for the WGA East Stowe Fellowship.
