Producer/Director / Sound Mixer

Eli Brown is a producer/director/editor at Burst Films LLC, and has produced, directed, and edited programming for PBS for the past 25 years, including "The Brain Fitness Program" (the most successful fundraising documentary in PBS history), "Surviving Disaster," "The Science of Happiness," and "Ken Burns: America’s Storyteller," as well as writing for more than 100 other television programs. He directed and produced the independent documentaries, "The Storyteller of Amsterdam," (Docutah) and "Stories in the Streets," (Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival) and has won awards for Scientific Merit from the Scinema Film Festival and “Best Tiny Film” from the Albany Film Festival. He has provided post-production finishing services for independent producers for over 20 years and is an active member of The D-Word, Video Consortium, Filmshop, and the Television Academy (NATAS).
