Arman is the son of immigrant Armenians who are heavily involved in the lives of their children… and relatives... and acquaintances. When he’s not suppressing memories from his Catholic school upbringing, he’s performing improv comedy with his group, Mostly Organic, opening up for Off The Wall, the longest-running improv troop in Los Angeles. He works as a clearance coordinator for film and TV productions, gaining experience across a variety of networks and studios.

Arman earned a degree in “Literature in Writing” from UC San Diego, and afterwards took screenwriting and producing classes at UCLA. His screenplays have placed as semifinalists and quarterfinalists at several competitions: PAGE Screenwriting Awards, Final Draft Big Break, Nantucket Film Festival, ScreenCraft Screenwriting Fellowship, Austin Film Festival. He loves writing authentic and relatable stories that use humor and heart to pack an emotional punch.
