JILLIAN CANTWELL

Jillian Cantwell is a writer/director who loves to tell horrifically dark and funny stories that are rooted in social commentary. That’s what growing up in rural Nevada does to a person. Her latest short film “DRIP” is currently concluding its festival run, winning Best Short Film at The Lighthouse International Film Festival, among other Best Comedy awards. When Jillian isn’t writing and directing she can been seen working on-set as a food stylist and art assistant. She knows a lot about a good cheese pull and what a pop of color from a linen napkin can do a frame.
Jillian is an alumnus of The New School, The Upright Citizen Brigade, and The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Los Angeles.
