Jessica Sherif is an Algerian, Spanish and French-Canadian director, writer and producer who channels her diverse background to tell engaging and impactful character-based stories that resonate across different perspectives and cultures.  

On the documentary side, Right To Offend: The Black Comedy Revolution, the two-part TV series she developed, directed and executive produced along with TIME Studios and Kevin Hart's Hartbeat Productions, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and aired on A&E in the US and on CBC Gem in Canada.

On the narrative side, her first feature is currently in development after being selected as part of the Tribeca Creators Market. Jessica has also directed several short films that have won prizes at Hollyshorts, Tallgrass, and more festivals. She is a proud member of the Alliance of Women Directors, Film Fatales and the Directors Guild of America.
