BRITTANY PRATER

Artist and Director Brittany Prater lives and works in Brooklyn, New York where she founded Cornfield Productions LLC. She has exhibited films, sculptures and other works internationally. Her work has been reviewed in NY Arts Magazine, L Magazine, Hyperallergic, James Kalm’s web series “Rough Cuts” and on the Austrian television station ORF. She has lectured at Pepperdine University, Tyler School of Art and at Emory and Henry College. In 2013 she received a Humanities Iowa Grant for her film Uranium Derby. She received her MFA from Tyler School of Art and her BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute. She is a member of the New York based film collective Filmshop.
