Nikki Syreeta is an award-winning screenwriter whose brand is Black Queer Joy. Her film “…with salt” has won over 21 laurels to date, including Urban Media Makers Best Short Film Script. She is the founder of Breaking Loglines, a logline and script consultant service.
She works as a certified Intimacy Coordinator. Her work can be seen on the Peacock series “Bel Air”, the romance feature film “She Taught Love”, on Hulu, and “I Was a Child Bride: The Courtney Stodden Story” on Lifetime.
In December 2023, Nikki made her directorial debut on her short, “Mama Deserves to be Served”, which premiered as an Official Selection at the Micheaux Film Festival 2025 and was nominated for Outstanding Comedic Writing Short Form.
