Kelli Miller is a Director and Creative Director and Partner at And/Or Studio. Kelli has worked in motion design and branding for over 15 years with entertainment networks and brands like HBO, MTV, Netflix, Amazon, and the BBC.

She has directed show titles and live action packaging for FX’s CAKE, HBO’s Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and Paramount’s Lip Sync Battle, and film titles for Kelly Reichardt’s Certain Women, Rhys Ernst’s ADAM, and 2020 Sundance selections Kitty Green’s The Assistant and Eliza Hittman’s Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Always.

Her commercial directing experience includes branded films for Spotify, Knotel, Clean & Clear, and TOMS, as well as music videos for the bands Deidre & The Dark and Posse.

We created the show open and over 30 minutes of in-episode graphics for The Case Against Adnan Syed, HBO’s four-part docuseries that picks up where the wildly popular podcast Serial left off. Inspired by the idea of laying out clues and examining them as a holistic picture, the open dramatizes connection points in the case, giving viewers an honest, tactile presentation of facts from this complex case. Our friends at YouTooCanWoo asked us to concept and direct the music video for Deidre and the Dark’s “Boss Lady.” As women and bosses, we jumped at the chance to explore female confidence and power with a Bond-inspired narrative and menacing objects ripped from the pages of Better Home and Gardens circa 1962.
