Diane Jean-Mary is a Caribbean American director and writer. As a filmmaker, she focuses on the stories of underserved communities (women, people of color, LGBT, socioeconomically challenged, etc).
Diane strives to contribute to a cinematic landscape in which all communities have a participatory voice. Her mission is to humanize the existences and experiences of marginalized people, regardless of medium. Diane has worked in both the documentary and fiction worlds, believing that the story best dictates the genre.
